Thank you for your interest in The Little House on Pine Hill in Walton, NY. If you would like to rent the house, copy the VACATION RENTAL APPLICATION (bottom of page) form into notepad, fill it out and send it to me via email or snail mail

Laundry, linen and maid service is not provided and you would have to supply your own sheets and towels. Please give serious thought to the vacation commitment before sending us your security deposit. The PayPal money transfer or check you send will reserve the Little House on Pine Hill and prevent us from renting it to others so this security deposit is non-refundable and will only be refunded to you after your stay assuming the house is left clean and undamaged and the key is returned. We don't allow pets, smoking or hunting on the property, but we do supply dishes, cutlery and cooking and cleaning utensils, a 25" cable TV with a VCR and a temporary escape from the rat race.
